Limited License: you are hereby granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to stream audio or video for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Prohibited/illegal usage: If you violate any provisions of the "Prohibited Uses" section of these Terms, Ground Zxro as well as Lime Vault Records reserves the right to pursue all available legal and technical remedies, including but not limited to:

1. TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We may immediately, without prior notice, suspend or permanently terminate your access to this Website, block your IP address, and delete any associated accounts.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ENFORCEMENT
Any unauthorized downloading, ripping, redistribution, sampling, or public broadcast of audio, video, or lyrics from this site constitutes willful copyright infringement. We will actively pursue Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) takedown actions and submit abuse reports to third-party platforms hosting the stolen material.

3. LEGAL DAMAGES AND FEES
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ground Zxro and Lime Vault Records from any claims arising from your breach. You will be held financially liable for all actual or statutory economic damages caused by your violation, as well as all reasonable attorney fees, legal fees, and court costs incurred during enforcement.

4. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF
You acknowledge that unauthorized use of our intellectual property causes irreparable harm. Therefore, we are entitled to seek immediate injunctive relief (court orders to stop your actions) in addition to financial compensation.



Payment Processing: transactions are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, we do not store raw financial data.

Refund & Returns: You have 30 days to return damaged merchandise from the day you received physical merch items, such as hoodies, CDs, T-shirts, sweaters, etc. Digital merch items such as digital albums or singles, gift cards, are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, or shipping fees at any time without notice.

User Submissions: Lime Vault Records has the right to remove offensive or off-topic content.

Privacy Policy: Any personal data collected (like names and email addresses) is handled under the  Privacy Policy guidelines of Lime Vault Records.

Liability: We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or booking policies of external websites linked from  this website.
